Holmes / Riddell Office Concepts, Inc., dba OFFICE CONCEPTS, has partnered with various manufacturers, as listed below. All manufacturers we partner with meet all GSA contract requirements, ie; testing, safety rating, warranty, in order to have their products on GSA schedule. In addition, all of our partners hold their own GSA contract. The major benefit to the Government customer, is that OFFICE CONCEPTS can provide the widest variety of products that will best fit your needs, can then be procured using one GSA contract number, and ONE PURCHASE ORDER. The customer also benefits from having one central point of contact to track your order, coordinate delivery and installation, and to assist in creating timelines for the purposes of relocating affected personnel.

All pricing under our Packaged Room Contract is GSA negotiated prices, thus providing a Best Value purchase for the Government customer.

OFFICE CONCEPTS is currently being considered for a GSA Comprehensive Services contract. This contract will enable us to further expand our services to include renovation work and project management for your office space. Together with our packaged room contract, OFFICE CONCEPTS, in the very near future, will have the capabilities to provide a complete turnkey project encompassing design, specification, space planning, construction, project management, and furniture acquisition.
